Inch Dowel Pins

Inch dowel pins are precision alignment components manufactured in imperial dimensions, typically ranging from 1/32" to 1" in diameter. They are widely used in American and European machinery, modular fixtures, and various mechanical assemblies.

Produced in accordance with ANSI/ASME B18.8.2 standards, these pins are available in multiple materials and end configurations to meet specific application needs. When paired with proper fit-class holes (such as H7), they provide stable and repeatable positioning.

  • SUS304 / SUS316 (Stainless Steel)
    Excellent corrosion resistance, widely used in semiconductor, medical, and outdoor equipment.
    Passivation optional to enhance surface durability.

  • SUS416 (Free-Cutting Stainless Steel)
    Offers both corrosion resistance and machinability.
    Can be heat-treated for higher hardness; surface finish options include polishing or passivation.
