Mold Locating Pillar

Mold locating pillars are alignment components used between upper and lower mold plates to ensure precise mold registration, with integrated guiding, limiting, and anti-shift functions.

They are widely used in plastic injection molds, stamping dies, and die casting molds, helping to prevent misalignment, reduce uneven wear, and protect cavity integrity during mold closure.

Sheng Fong Precision offers a variety of standard sizes and specifications, as well as custom machining based on your drawings — including shoulder steps, stop features, threads, and center holes — to meet diverse mold design requirements.
