CTW Retaining Rings

(Crescent Ring | Closed Type Retaining Ring)

CTW retaining rings, also known as Crescent Rings, are closed-loop elastic rings designed to fit into grooves on shafts or bores for axial positioning. Unlike standard circlips, the CTW ring has a fully enclosed circular shape with no gap, providing excellent stability and vibration resistance during high-speed or high-load operation.

Featuring a crescent-shaped profile, this type of ring delivers consistent tension and secure engagement, making it ideal for precision mechanisms, automotive assemblies, and rotating components.
