Self-Locking Retaining Ring(SPN)

SPN Self-Locking Nut is designed with an elastic retaining structure, available in either single-piece or toothed styles. Once installed, it provides reliable resistance against vibration, axial load, and repeated stress, effectively preventing loosening or displacement. This makes it highly suitable for mechanical assemblies requiring precision and stability.

This series is available in two material options:

  • Carbon Steel (Black Oxide Finish): Offers high strength and wear resistance, with added surface protection against rust. An economical choice for general industrial applications.

  • Stainless Steel SUS304: Excellent corrosion resistance combined with high strength and long-term reliability. Ideal for outdoor equipment, automation systems, semiconductor devices, and medical machinery.
